1. Subscription Agreement

By booking a 5-day or 20-day meal plan through nutribox.info, you enter into a commercial meal catering agreement with PT Boga Sehat Nusantara. You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and provided accurate delivery instructions.

2. Dietary & Food Allergy Disclaimer

While our menu provides detailed macro breakdowns and accommodates common dietary preferences (gluten-conscious, dairy-free, low-carb), we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment for severe life-threatening allergies (anaphylaxis). Customers bear responsibility for checking daily menu ingredient listings.

3. Payment & Subscription Confirmation

All subscription invoices must be settled prior to the scheduled delivery start date via authorized bank transfer, QRIS, or confirmed Cash on Delivery on the initial dispatch day.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indonesian trade and consumer protection legislation. Any unresolved disputes shall be handled by the competent jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court.
