Meal boxes are cooked fresh daily in our early morning kitchen shift (04:30 – 07:30 AM). Dispatches commence at 08:30 AM via our dedicated insulated delivery fleet. Meals are scheduled to arrive between 09:30 AM and 11:30 AM Monday through Friday.
In accordance with Jakarta commercial building security regulations, our couriers leave meal bags at building reception desks, office mailrooms, or apartment lobby concierges. A timestamped WhatsApp delivery photo is sent automatically upon drop-off.
Each box is sealed in biodegradable sugarcane fiber containers inside an insulated thermal paper bag with food-grade cooling gel packs, ensuring biological safety for up to 4 hours at room temperature before refrigeration or heating.
Subscribers may change their morning drop-off location (e.g. from residential address to office) or pause delivery days by notifying our WhatsApp support desk (+62 812-7788-9911) before 2:00 PM WIB on the business day prior to delivery.
