This policy applies to all customer information collected by PT Boga Sehat Nusantara ("NutriBox", "we", "us") through the nutribox.info platform and WhatsApp order management channels.

• Delivery Contact Information: Full name, WhatsApp/telephone number, email address, residential/office drop-off address.
• Dietary & Nutritional Preferences: Selected meal plan tier, ingredient exclusion requests, and allergen declarations.
• Subscription Transaction Data: Billing receipts, bank transfer confirmation slips, and order duration histories.

3. Legitimate Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is used solely to prepare meals tailored to your dietary choices, coordinate daily morning courier dispatch, and send delivery status alerts via WhatsApp.

4. Strict Prohibition of Data Sales

NutriBox never sells, leases, or trades customer contact directories to third-party telemarketers or advertisers. Delivery coordinates are shared strictly with our bonded in-house couriers solely for fulfilling food deliveries.

5. Exercising Your Rights under UU PDP
